To search for an item

You can search for an item in two ways, by typing in a keyword (see below) in the search box at the top of the page.

Or you can search by ref number, every item on the website has a ref number, it is at the beginning of every item description and is a series of letters followed by numbers. If you know your reference number you can enter it into the search box (see below).

To Shop by Section
You can shop by section using the navigation bar to the left of the screen, all the different sections are displayed, when you move your mouse over the different sections, sub-sections will pop up.

Some sections will have further sub-sections, this is to help make it easier for you to find the products you are looking for.
If you can't find what you are looking for please feel free to call us on 01304 813337. If we do not have the item in stock we will see whether it is possible to order it in for you.

Adding to your Basket
Once you have decided that you would like to purchase an item simply click on the blue 'add to basket' button. You will then be taken to the next page where you will be asked to add the quantity you require.

You can then click on confirm to continue shopping for other items or if you have finished shopping you can click on checkout now to be taken to the checkout where you will be asked to enter your address and shipping information.

Deleting Items & Changing Quantities in your Basket
If you need to delete an item from your shopping basket or change the quantity of an item, you can do so by clicking on the basket button at the top of every page.

Your basket looks like the image above, it displays the item description, the quantity you have ordered and the price including your total excluding postage.
To delete an item from your basket just click the remove box to the far right of your item and then click the update button below. If you wish to change the quantity of an item simply click in the quantity box and enter the number you require, then click the update button. When you are ready to pay for your goods you can click the checkout button at the top of the page.

Paying for your Order
Once you have clicked the 'checkout' button you will be shown the items you are ordering and then asked for your delivery address and shipping information. All payments are handled by our payment provider Worldpay, you will be taken to their website to enter you credit card details. It is not until you have entered your credit card information and submitted the order at Worldpay that your order has been confirmed and your payment taken, you can cancel the order at any point before then. We have no access to your credit card information.
