If you are unhappy with an item you have ordered or it is not suitable you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving the item. (this excludes personalised or made to order items) You will be refunded for the cost of the goods only, we can not refund your original postage charge or pay for your return shipping costs (unless you are returning an item because it is faulty or damaged)

All items must be returned un-opened in their original condition with any packaging and accessories.
Simply follow the instructions below:
1.Wrap the package securely with it's original packaging
2. Include a note in the package with your name, address, order number and your reason for returning the items, if you do not include this information we will not be able to refund you.
Please note you can not return items which we have personalised for you such as banners, boxes or printed balloons, or items that have been made to order such as gift bags and boxes.
3.For your protection you should send the parcel recorded delivery in case it goes missing in the post, if we do not receive your package we will be unable to refund you.
