Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and
click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping
cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the
order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are
shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your
credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your
own currency.
We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. You may send your
credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. |
Any
Missing Items need to be reported no later than 48 hours after reciept
of goods, Any parcel sent on a standard delivery needs to be missing
for over 10 days before a replacement parcel will be sent.
If you wish to cancel your order:
- you can notify us by email to before we have dispatched the goods to you;
or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.
1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any
time within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs
of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
1.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause1.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used.
- to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
- Any edible goods
The provisions of this clause 1.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will
always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would

Returns Policy If you are not
satisfied with an item you have purchased from us please return it to
us in it's original condition and we shall refund you for the cost of
the goods (we regreat postage costs cannot be refunded). Items must be
returned within 7 days of puchase. Personalised items or items which
have been made to order cannot be returned.
Missing and damaged items need to be
reported to us within 5 working day from delivery of order after this
time we are unable to send out any shortages or replacements

REFUNDS can be offered for deliveries which are delayed beyond our
immediate control. Should your product arrive in a damaged condition or
be lost, we will either refund your full payment or despatch another
greeting or gift to the same value.
All refunds are given at our discretion and each case will be looked at individually.
Evidence
of these circumstances will always be required by us and Royal Mail. We
cannot be held responsible for late delivery by Royal Mail or City Link
due to local holiday, adverse weather conditions which may hinder
transportation of goods, industrial action of postal workers and other
incidents which are beyond our immediate control. In such instances, we
may only on occasion, be able to offer a refund of the postage incurred
for delivery of your goods.
