Happy 1st Jelly Mould

This milestone jelly mould is a must to brighten up a special day. For best results, it is advisable to smear a very fine film of olive or vegetable oil on the inside of the mould, before pouring in the cooled jelly. If the film is fine enough there will be no residual taste from the oil. The capacity of the mould is one litre and to obtain the optimum consistency it is best to use three jellies made up to one litre.
At present we do not have a picture of this jelly, but it is identical to the Happy 21st mould.
