Happy Birthday Jelly Mould

No party is complete without jelly, for kids big and small, and we think these are a great alternative to birthday cake.

For best results, it is advisable to smear a very fine film of olive or vegetable oil on the inside of the mould, before pouring in the cooled jelly.

If the film is fine enough there will be no residual taste from the oil.

The capacity of the mould is one litre and to obtain the optimum consistency it is best to use three jellies made up to one litre.
