Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our
online catalogue, and click the add to basket button
on any items that you wish to buy and this will add
them to your shopping cart. After you have finished
your selection, click on "Checkout" and you
will be asked for a few details that we need to be able
to satisfy the order.
We
accept credit card payment including switch, Mastercard,
Visa, Solo, Visa Electron and American Express. If you
are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place
your order and your credit card company will convert
the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Your card will be charged when you place your order
and you will receive an email from Worldpay, our payment
provider, confirming your payment.
You may send your credit card information via phone,
fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We do not advise
that you send credit card information by email.
Shipping And Handling
We charge £4.49 for delivery on all orders regardless
of weight or quantity ordered. This is a standard delivery
service. If the items you have ordered are in stock
we will try to despatch them the day we receive the
order although this may not always be possible.
We also offer a next day service for £7.00, provided
your item is in stock and you order it by 4.00pm you
will receive it the following day.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order the same day we receive
it. If we receive your order by 4.00pm and all the items
you have ordered are in stock we will despatch it the
same day. If any of your items are not in stock we will
despatch your order as soon as we have them back in
stock, if this is likely to be more than a few days
we will contact you to let you know.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for
you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel
your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included in the price.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software
when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They
are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They
are not held in clear text on any web site.
